High Stakes and Hot Markets with Avis Wukasch & Kerri Lewis
This is no time to mess around. When inventory is at near-zero levels and listings have multiple offers minutes after hitting the market, it's all too easy to move too fast and overlook critical steps that protect the deal, your client, and even your business. The stakes are high and the market is hot, so it's important than ever to be vigilant about contracts and business best practices.

Avis Wukasch, broker and former TREC Chair, and Kerri Lewis, real estate attorney and former TREC General Counsel, will lead a 90-minute session that covers everything agents need to be doing to reduce the risk they face in transactions. With over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, Avis and Kerri can help you understand what you need to know to be successful in today's lightning-fast market.
